Supertech Supernova gets aid from UAE’s ACC, an Rs 650 Crore contract



Supertech from a long time was puzzled about whether to give the architectural & construction rights for the construction, of Spira tower at Supertech Supernova Noida, to an Indian company or to choose accompany which is overseas. The solution of this problem came up recently when Supertech gave a Rs. 650 Crores contract to Arabian Construction Company (ACC), the Indian division of a UAE based constructor. These funds have especially allotted to develop a 300-metre high mixed-use development named ‘Spira’ in Noida. The agreement was finalized in New Delhi these days by R K Arora, Chair and MD, Supertech Ltd and Rasheed Mikati, Director, ACC and Ani Ray, MD, ACC Indian on account of ACC.

The venture would have 80 storey including high-class apartments, two 5-star resorts and professional space. The structure is a part of 17-acre venture Supernova, being designed at an investment option of Rs 2,700 Crore. The venture will be given out for possession in 4 years, as stated by Supertech.



“Spira will be the epitome of luxury and class and with the renowned construction expertise that ACC brings to this project, we are confident that this will be built on schedule and within budget and will ultimately be regarded as a true masterpiece within Supernova.” says Arora.

“ACC has created many high rise buildings in the Middle East. With this association we look forward to them adding Noida to their list of achievements,” adds Arora.

“This is the first stand-alone contract for the company. We are excited to venture into Noida, the region has everything in place in terms of infrastructure and has shown tremendous growth in recent times”, says Ray.

“Spira is our first project in north India. ACC is constructing Lodha Developers’ prestigious project ’World One’ in Mumbai in partnership with Simplex Infrastructures, he says.

ACC the constructor has by far developed 14 majestic structures each rising to a height of more than 300 meters. Some of these include Almas Towers (360 metres), Princess Tower (414 meters), Rose Rotana Tower (333 meters) and Elite Residence (380 meters) in Dubai.
